Bathroom leak

There was a lot of water damage to the ceiling of this room from a toilet supply line in the bathroom above. The ceiling was saturated enough that it ended up soaking through the sub-floor, into the insulation, and made the drywall collapse with its weight. 

In the second photo it shows neat lines where our technicians carefully cut out the drywall and removed the insulation. Our technicians also spread out a protective plastic sheeting on the floor to prevent any more damage to the structure. 

Afterwords, we made sure that the site is cleaned up and ready for the next phase in the restoration plan.
