Commercial Bath

This set of photos are from a commercial bathroom that had a water loss due to a break in the toilet. This caused sewage to seep into their building. In the first photo you can see that there is water pooling on the ground. The bottom portion of the drywall was also saturated. Our technicians used moisture meters to determine how much of the wall was saturated so they could remove what was affected. They also applied an anti-microbial so the environment would be safer for the employees and the customers. In the second photo you see that a lower portion of the wall was removed cleanly. Our technicians only tore out what was needed and to prep for the reconstruction portion of this project.
