Commercial Mold
Mold was found in a church building in one of the utility rooms. The first photo was taken when we first arrived to assess the damage. The amount of time the mold had been there was unknown, but it had spread across the bottom portion of the drywall. Our technicians set up an air scrubber so mold spores would not be released into the air. As they removed the affected area they wore PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to protect themselves. The second photo shows the drywall, neatly cut, and ready for reconstruction part of the remediation process. The area was neatly cleaned so no drywall residue was left behind. We provided disposal of the moldy drywall and any affected insulation that also needed to be removed.
