Large Water Loss

Here is a set of photos from a large water loss in the Rockford area. A main water pipe had burst during negative degree weather and had caused this building, and many businesses inside of it, a large amount of damage. The pipe had been on the second floor which caused the water to rain down to the floor below as well as the basement below that. Our technicians were onsite the day of the break providing services. We also accommodated the businesses by taking down equipment during the work day so they could function, and not inconvenience their customers, and then coming back and resetting everything at night. We will be accommodating to our customers while still providing the mitigation services they deserve!
